Your document contents are processed in your browser. Canroad PDF Studio does not send the files you select, their names, extracted text, page previews, or generated results to its server.
Who provides this service
This site is presented under the operator name CANROAD PDF STUDIO. It is an independent PDF utility.
Documents and local processing
The tools read only the files you choose or drag onto the page. Documents, passwords entered into the Lock PDF tool, annotations, thumbnails, and output files are held in the current browser session for processing. The app does not store them in a server database, local storage, or IndexedDB. Passwords are not transmitted to the server or saved by the application; the password fields clear after a successful protection operation. The encryption worker is terminated after each operation. Closing a tool clears the app's references to its selected documents and downloads; closing or reloading the page ends the active workspace. This is not a secure erasure guarantee: your browser, operating system, and downloaded files may retain data. Downloads remain on your device until you remove them.
Website requests and hosting logs
Loading this website sends normal technical request information to our hosting provider, Hostinger, and any infrastructure providers it uses. This may include your IP address, browser information, requested URL, referrer when supplied by your browser, and request time. Hosting providers may use this information to deliver the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain security. Their infrastructure and processing locations may be outside your country. We have not independently verified a fixed hosting-log retention period; document contents are not part of these website requests.

Cookies, analytics, and third parties
The application does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use tracking pixels, request external web fonts, or send document data to an AI service. Its processing libraries, font resources, and rendering worker are served from this site. Hostinger or its security infrastructure may independently use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver or protect the website. We do not claim that the hosting layer collects no data.
Links to other websites open services with their own privacy policies. Choosing to visit those services makes a separate request to them.
Your choices
You can use the tools without an account, decline to select files, close the workspace, or stop using the site. Keep sensitive documents off shared or untrusted devices. We cannot retrieve or delete your original documents or downloads because they are not uploaded to us.

Local OCR and Word conversion
Text recognition, Word conversion, and form filling run in your browser. OCR engine and language files load from this website. Selected documents, extracted text, form values, and passwords are not sent to our server. OCR language caching in IndexedDB is disabled; your browser may cache the public application assets. Downloaded results remain on your device until you remove them.
